Life XP — where my attention went this week

Inspired by MathAcademy, 1 minute of intentional focus = 1 XP.

This chart shows the rolling 7-day shape of where I'm deliberately investing attention, tracked through defined activities across ten life areas. It's not a measure of productivity or total time spent, just a subset of habits I have decided to commit to doing regularly and that I want to monitor.

The ten areas are inspired by Fernando Flores' areas of universal concern, as modified by Steve March. These are the domains of life that matter to everyone, whether or not we're actively tending to them. Empty spokes don't mean that I'm ignoring them. It's just that I don't have specific intentional activities assigned to them.

This is a work in progress. I'll be adding new activities as the habit of tracking settles in.
